Airzone complies with the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons, and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, regarding the processing of personal data and any other applicable legislation, as well as the regulations in force at any given time, ensuring compliance with all obligations and rights of the data subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

Additionally, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Airzone will request the user’s prior consent for sending commercial communications, should they occur, also observing all the obligations and rights of the users.

In view of the above, users wishing to use the various services offered by Airzone will be informed of the relevant information regarding the identification of the data controller, the purposes of processing their data, as well as the possibility to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition before the data controller, all through the reading and prior acceptance of the entity’s privacy policy, thereby being duly informed.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
   The main purpose of processing your personal data is to enable communication with you in order to address your contact request through the form provided for that purpose, or to address the commercial relationship you request. 3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
   The processing of your data for the main purpose is based on the contractual relationship established between the parties, and for the additional purpose, on the consent you have given using the contact forms provided by Airzone for that purpose. You will need to provide us with the required data in the mandatory fields, i.e., your identification and contact data, without which we cannot process your request.

   By providing us with your data, you declare that you own them, that they are truthful, and that they are fully updated. The data collected in the form are adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the purposes of their processing, as indicated in section 2 of this clause.

   Likewise, Airzone will cancel or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary or relevant for their intended purpose.

   Therefore, the data will be kept for processing in our systems as long as this relationship is maintained for the indicated purpose or for legitimate, compelling reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims. Once the retention obligation ceases, your data may be deleted from our database or, if applicable, anonymized.

   The processing of data for sending electronic newsletters on services, events, and news related to our professional activity is based on Airzone’s legitimate interest in carrying out such processing in accordance with current regulations. Your data will be maintained as long as the commercial relationship exists, you remain interested, and there is no revocation on your part.

4. Recipients of Your Data
   There may be transfers between the entities owned by Airzone for the corporate legitimate interest, to provide the requested services.

   No data will be transferred to other third parties, except for legal obligations. There will be no international data transfers, except in cases where Airzone may hire the services of providers located in third countries, subject to compliance with all requirements established by data protection regulations and applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to preserve data privacy. 5. Rights of the Data Subjects
   After providing us with your personal data, we inform you of the rights you may exercise before Airzone at the addresses provided in section 1 of this clause, and which you are entitled to: You have the right to access all the personal data held by Airzone as well as request their modification or deletion.

   You may ask us to limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims. You may object to the processing of your personal data, in which case Airzone will stop processing your data except for legitimate, compelling reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

   You may request the portability of your personal data, in which case we will send the personal data held in our databases by email to the address you provide in your request, in a readable text format adaptable to the needs of any other data controller, or we will proceed to transfer them to the new data controller in the same format, to the email address you indicate in your request. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling.

   You may also withdraw or revoke the consent you have given explicitly, by indicating this in your request. The rights of the data subjects may be exercised directly by the data subject, providing a copy of their ID or equivalent document, in order to prove their identity, or through legal or voluntary representation, in which case, in addition to a copy of the data subject’s ID or equivalent document, an authentic document proving the third party’s representation must be provided along with a copy of their ID or equivalent document.

6. Complaints
   If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations or the provisions of this clause, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the competent supervisory authority for the protection of your personal data, through its electronic headquarters or its postal address, which you can find on the website www.agpd.es.
